Currently, no vaccines are required for travel to Colombia. However, it is necessary to be vaccinated against yellow fever and present your international vaccination certificate if you are coming from Angola, Democratic Republic of Congo, Uganda, and Brazil, or if you are traveling to any of the endemic areas for this disease in Colombia. If it is necessary for your specific travel circumstances, we recommend visiting an international vaccination center to receive the vaccine, preferably at least 15 days before your trip.
“Check-Mig Colombia” is an advanced digital immigration system designed to enhance the entry and exit controls for both domestic and international travelers visiting or leaving Colombian territory. Its primary objective is to expedite the immigration procedures and facilitate a smoother process for entering and exiting the country.
We have the option to offer you travel insurance, which has a daily cost and covers illness or accidents. The minimum coverage period is 3 days. You can request it in your quote with us, and we will include it as part of your experience in Colombia.
It is generally recommended to arrive at the airport in Colombia at least two hours before a domestic flight and three hours before an international flight. This allows sufficient time for check-in, security procedures, and any potential unforeseen delays. However, it’s always a good idea to check with your airline for their specific recommendations, as some airlines or airports may have different guidelines or requirements.
